เรื่องย่อ : Parkland ล้วงปมสังหาร จอห์น เอฟ เคนเนดี้ ผลงานการสร้างหนังของ ทอม แฮงค์ส ในเหตุการณ์สำคัญที่สุในหน้าประวัติศาสตร์เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน ค.ศ. 1963 ประธานาธิบดีหนุ่ม จอห์น เอฟ เคเนดี้ ถูกสังหารระหว่างการนั่งรถลีมูซีนผ่านใจกลางเมืองดัลลาส โดยนี่ถือเป็นครั้งแรกในโลกภาพยนต์ที่เรื่องราวในวันนั้นจะถูกบอกเล่าผ่านกลุ่มคนมากมายที่อยู่ในเหตุการณ์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทีมเจ้าหน้าที่เอฟบีไอ, นักข่าว ,ประชาชนธรรมดา รวมถึง ทีมแพทย์ที่พยายามยื้อชีวิตของประธานาธิบดีในโรงพยาบาลพาร์คแลนด์

เรื่องย่อ : Lupin the 3rd ลูแปง ยอดโจรกรรมอัจฉริยะ เรื่องราวของหนังจะเกี่ยวข้องกับการโจรกรรมอัญมณีชื่อคริมสัน ฮาร์ท ออฟ คลีโอพัตรา ของลูแปงกับเพื่อนที่ยังไม่ได้มาร่วมแก๊งกัน ทั้งหมดต้องแทรกซึมแหล่งเก็บซ่อนซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นป้อมปราการขนาดยักษ์ชื่อว่าอาร์ค ออฟ เนวาโรน เป็นที่กล่าวขานกันว่าถ้าใครได้ครอบครองอัญมณีนี้จะเป็นผู้ผนึกโลกเข้าด้วยกัน
หลังจากเพิ่งบู๊กับโคนันให้เราเห็นกันไปในโรงภาพยนตร์ มาตอนนี้เขามีหนังคนแสดงเป็นคนตัวเองแล้วสำหรับ ลูแปงที่ 3 หรือ Lupin the 3rd ของผู้กำกับขาโหดที่เปลี่ยนแนวมาทำหนังแอ็คชั่นบ้าง กับ ริวเฮ คิตามูระ จาก The Midnight Meat Train ที่ทีมนักแสดงของหนังเวอร์ชั่นนี้จัดได้ว่าแน่นมากๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น โอกุริ ชุน จาก เรียกเขาว่าอีกา ที่จะมารับบทเป็นลูแปง, เท็ตสึจิ ทามายามะ ในบท จีเกน และรวมไปถึง ทาดาโนบุ อาซาโน ที่จะมารับบทเป็น สารวัตร ซานิงาตะ ซึ่งนอกจากนั่นตัวหนังยังเดินทางมาถ่ายทำที่ไทย ซึ่งแน่นอนว่านักแสดงไทยก็ยังได้ร่วมแสดงหนังเรื่องด้วย ทั้ง ญาญ่าหญิง, คุณปู วิทยา ปานศรีงาม และ คุณนิรุตติ์ ศิริจรรยา กับ คุณธนายง ว่องตระกูล
ซึ่งหนังจะเป็นเรื่องราวของการขโมยเพชรชื่อดังอย่าง คลีโอพัตรา ที่มีตำนานเรื่องเล่าว่าใครได้ครอบครองจะเป็นผู้ประสานโลกนี้ไว้ด้วยกัน หนังตัวอย่างแรกก็ถือว่าทำออกได้ไม่น่าเกลียดเลย สำหรับหนังที่ดัดแปลงมาจากการ์ตูน

Aviation authority to release MH370 interim report soon – Bernama
Department of Civil Aviation director-general Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said an interim report on the investigation into the disappearance of flight MH370 will be released soon. – The Malaysian Insider filepic, March 6, 2015.An interim report on the investigation into the one-year long disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Flight MH370 will be released soon, to abide with the requirement of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (Icao).Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) director-general Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said the investigation was carried out in accordance with Annex 13-Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention), as implemented by the Civil Aviation Regulations 1996.He said the Annex 13 of Icao protocol underlined that if any accident and investigation report could not be finalised, an interim statement had to be issued at every anniversary of the accident."The investigation of MH370 is being conducted by an independent body, led by Malaysia because Malaysia is the state of registry and state of operator, assisted by seven countries."The seven countries are the United States, United Kingdom, France, China, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia," he said at a media briefing in conjunction with the first anniversary of the missing Boeing aircraft in Putrajaya today.Flight MH370 carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew went missing from the radar screen while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, about an hour after it departed from the KL International Airport on March 8 last year. It was scheduled to arrive in Beijing at 6.30am on the same day.Azharuddin said the findings of an international investigation team, which was set up in April last year, was not under the DCA's juridiction but under the Accident Independent Investigation body to release the report."The investigator in charge for the international investigation team is Datuk Kok Soo Chon. He is my predecessor and also a former permanent representative to the Icao Council in Montreal," he said.On the progress of the investigation, Azharuddin said he could not reveal any information as he was not involved in the investigation.Meanwhile, he is unfazed by criticisms levelled against him when the plane disappeared last year."Even now, I'm being criticised. I have still not changed from March 8, last year until now."Azharuddin has been the target of criticisms, especially at the initial stage of the plane's disappearance, infuriated by confusing and contradictory statements at daily press briefing where he was one of the key spokesmen.He said the international team comprises the United States National Transport Safety Board; Britain's Air Accidents Investigations Branch; China's Aircraft Accident Investigation Department; France's Land Transport Accident Investigation Bureau; Australia Transport Safety Bureau; aircraft manufacturer Boeing and British satellite communications company Inmarsat. – Bernama, March 6, 2015.

อย่างที่รู้ ๆ กันว่า คนที่กำลังลดความอ้วนจำเป็นที่ต้องลดการกินแป้ง โดยให้หันไปกินอย่างอื่นทดแทน แน่นอนว่า เส้นบุก ก็น่าจะเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีไม่น้อย เพราะเส้นบุกมีพลังงานต่ำ และมีเส้นใยอาหารสูง เอาง่าย ๆ ก็คือ เส้นบุกเนี่ยกินแล้วแคลอรี่น้อยแต่อิ่มนานนั่นเอง

ส่วนผสม
เส้นบุกผสมสาหร่าย (หรือเส้นบุกตามชอบ) 200 กรัม
เต้าหู้แข็งสีขาว หั่นเต๋า 1 ก้อน
บรอกโคลี หั่นเป็นชิ้น 1/2 ถ้วย
แครอท หั่นเต๋า 1/2 ถ้วย
น้ำมันมะกอกสำหรับผัด
น้ำสลัดงาซีอิ๊วญี่ปุ่น 100 มิลลิลิตร
งาขาวคั่ว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
วิธีทำ
1. หั่นเต้าหู้เป็นชิ้นขนาดพอดีคำ นำไปย่างในกระทะจนสุกเหลือง เตรียมไว้
2. ลวกบรอกโคลี และแครอทพอสุก ตักใส่ลงแช่ในน้ำเย็นจัด ตักขึ้นสะเด็ดน้ำ จากนั้นใส่เส้นบุกลงไปลวกจนสุก ตักขึ้นสะเด็ดน้ำ เตรียมไว้
3. ใส่น้ำมันมะกอกลงกระทะ นำขึ้นตั้งไฟพอร้อน ใส่เส้นบุกลงผัด ตามด้วยผักลวก เต้าหู้ย่าง และน้ำสลัดงาซีอิ๊วญี่ปุ่น ผัดให้เข้ากัน ชิมรสตามชอบ โรยงาขาว ผัดให้เข้ากันอีกครั้ง ตักใส่จาน พร้อมเสิร์ฟ

"She said while being helped by other women to leave through Madagali, they saw many Boko Haram terrorists in trucks and some on bikes moving toward Gwoza."An intelligence officer said security forces are moving slowly for fear of harming civilians, and especially since Boko Haram is surrounding Gwoza with land mines.He confirmed forces from Chad are in the area, speaking on condition of anonymity because he is not authorized to speak to reporters.Boko Haram in August declared an Islamic caliphate across a swath of northeast Nigeria where it held sway. Bukan tiada bukti, tapi elokkah cabar-mencabar di media sedangkan laluan perbincangan terbuka?
"Jika surat itu ditujukan kepada awam, mungkin boleh diterima rasional cabaran itu, tapi hal ini hanya urusan pentadbiran dan bukan larangan mutlak," kata Dr Mohd Asri lagi.Kenyataan asal beliau Rabu lalu dikeluarkan sebagai menjawab pengedaran surat Jabatan Mufti Perlis bertarikh 27 Februari yang tersebar tanpa kebenarannya.Dr Mohd Asri juga menasihati Kazim agar membetulkan isu riwayat 'roti jala' kerana beliau bimbang ia membawa tanggapan salah."Dalam contoh 'roti jala', alangkah baiknya jika pihak berkenaan membetulkan hal itu. Ini kerana, jika tidak dibetulkan, ia boleh membawa anggapan 'sunnah nabi SAW makan roti jala'," katanya.Mengulas perkara itu semalam, Kazim berkata beliau hanya membuat perbandingan bahawa di negara ini roti jala yang dicecah dengan kuah kari masih boleh dijadikan hidangan pada majlis kenduri."Mungkin dia ada isu lain yang tersirat di hati dia. Sebagai orang Islam (kita) sepatutnya saling tolong-menolong, bukannya menyekat," katanya di sidang media di Ipoh.

Lee, The Tennessean)BRENTWOOD, Tenn. — A Nashville-area church is starting something radical — at least by Church of Christ standards — allowing musical instruments at one of its Sunday services.It's such a switch for Otter Creek Church, a 1,800-member traditionally a cappella congregation, that its leadership team spent months deciding a strategy and will take months more putting it in place.About 20 of 12,000 Church of Christ congregations nationwide offer instrumental music, said Carl H. Royster, author of a survey published by Nashville-based 21st Century Christian publishers.The first handful started making the change about a decade ago, including popular megachurch leader Max Lucado's Oak Hills Church in San Antonio. Some faced backlash from other congregations.Even now, 13 years after The Branch, a multicampus Church of Christ congregation in Dallas, introduced instrumental music, Google searches on it and senior minister Chris Seidman yield scathing denunciations."A lot of churches from our heritage cut us off," said Seidman, whom Otter Creek leaders consulted leading up to this week's announcement. "But the larger Churches of Christ, they were actually very firm in embracing us."Tennessee has the second-highest number of Church of Christ congregations in the USA with nearly 150 in Nashville's home county of Davidson and Williamson County, where Brentwood is located, alone.Church of Christ commitment to a cappella dates to the faith's emergence in the 1800s Restoration Movement.Churches of Christ don't consider themselves a denomination since they have no central hierarchy, but from the beginning, autonomous congregations shared a commitment to simplicity and mirroring first-century Christians. That included not purchasing organs or organizing bands.Scriptural citations backing the a cappella tradition include a passage in Ephesians about singing hymns and making music in the heart. But Otter Creek's preaching and teaching minister, Josh Graves, said church history is a stronger influence."A cappella is like Latin," Graves said. "It is beautiful. It speaks to people at a certain level, but the problem is that a lot of people don't speak Latin."What people in the Churches of Christ call instrumental music, other people just call music," he said. "It's English."And in Music City, the appeal of instrumental music is undeniable. “อัทธ์ เยสเซอร์เดย์” เล่าว่า “ยากที่สุดสำหรับผม คือฉากที่ต้องจินตนาการว่า แฟนเก่ามายืนอยู่ตรงหน้า แล้วต้องพูดความรู้สึกทั้งหมดออกไป ต้องทำสมาธินานมากครับ ถือเป็นซีนอารมณ์ที่ต้องทำให้ได้ดี เพราะเหมือนเป็นจุดพีคของเรื่อง บอกเลยว่าผมกดดันสุดๆ กลัวทำออกมาได้ไม่ดี ฝากถึงคนอกหักที่หาวิธีลืมแฟนเก่า ว่าไม่ว่าจะทำยังไงก็ดีขึ้นยากครับ ต้องอาศัยเวลา ซึ่งก็ขึ้นอยู่แต่ละบุคคล ทางที่ดีที่สุด หาอะไรทำเยอะๆ ครับ จะได้ไม่นึกถึง ไม่ว่าจะงาน ออกกำลังกาย อยู่กับเพื่อน พยายามอย่าอยู่คนเดียว มันจะยิ่งนอยด์ เพราะสุดท้ายถ้าเรารักเค้าเราลืมไม่ได้หรอก ทำได้แค่ทำใจยอมรับแล้วอยู่กับมันให้ได้ครับ”
